The 2025 CAS/CIAC Esprit de Corps Award

The Connecticut Association of Schools (CAS/CIAC) in partnership with USBands is presenting The 2025 CAS/CIAC Esprit de Corps Award to a Connecticut marching band participating in the USBands Connecticut State Championships event that exemplifies the true spirit of the activity - demonstrating unity, pride, and a commitment to teamwork and community. This honor goes beyond competitive success, recognizing a band that fosters inclusivity, displays exceptional character and sportsmanship, and positively contributes to the marching arts through leadership, kindness, and camaraderie.

The USBands adjudicators participating in the Connecticut State Championships event will select one Connecticut ensemble in each division (one award presented at each awards ceremony event ) based on the criteria above and will be presented to these bands during the awards ceremony at this championship event.
